Walk-In for HR Recruiter profile on 11th and 12th April from 10 AM-4 PM.
Please find below the job description:
1.Develop recruitment materials
2.Responsible for entire Recruitment Cycle
3.Development of job descriptions in consultation with the production teams.
4.Identify suitable recruitment channels for the company.
5.Issue recruitment notices
6.Designs recruitment advertisements for Job portals.
7.Draft employment offer letter and contracts for selected candidates.
8.Screen applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads.
9.Meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CVs.
10.Obtain and assess all certificates and testimonials of the candidates.
11.Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
12.Interview candidates up to supervisors level and provide feedback to both HR Manager and Line Manager.
13.Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
14.Forwards collected CVs to the concerned departmental heads for evaluation and interviews.
