The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:
- Post Recruitment Activities On Boarding, Induction
-Time & Attendance
- Monthly Payroll
- Employee Engagement
- Off boarding formalities
2 to 3 years of Hands on experience in HR Generalist Activities.
Experience in On boarding Process, Induction and briefing sessions
Update and Maintain HRMS database for the Division
Coordinate, facilitate, & integrate the implementation of key HR projects / Initiatives
Support and Coordinate annual performance management process
Build and foster a good working relationship within the organisation and across functions and business
Managing end to end HR processes & procedures
Ensure 100% compliance towards all internal and external process, procedures and applicable statutory laws Ensure 100% data accuracy while updating employee records and files, while providing payroll inputs
Generate and present HR Related monthly MIS and Dashboard Manage and implement employee benefit programme for the Division
Documenting, implementing, and maintaining company HR policies, rules and regulations
Ensuring that staff training and development measures are in place for career support
Overseeing general discipline and adherence to company rules and policy
Developing plans to fine-tune the existing HR system and processes / policies
Handle all the queries of the employees, related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance etc.
Explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees.
Responsible for establishing communication channels for employees to communicate
Plan and execute various activities to maintain high morale and teamwork resulting in high employee satisfaction
2 to 3 years of experience as HR Generalist preferably in a Software Services Company.
Should have Strong Excel skills.
Should be enthusiastic with good attitude & interest to learn
Should have good English language skills
Education- MBA in HR Preferred.
Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.
