Handling end to end sales cycle starting from prospecting, positioning , negotiating and closing on commercials .
Building and managing strong relationships with customers to ensure timely renewals and minimum drop-outs.
Understanding the client requirements and providing customized services focusing on creating customer satisfaction primarily into B2C environment.
